Refund policy

Your $1 is refundable on request for 90 days from the date of your reservation, with no reason needed. Email admin@olin-rituals.com and ask.

After 90 days we no longer refund on request. Your $1 still comes back automatically in the two cases below: the day you pledge, or if we never launch.

We process refund requests within 3 business days. The money then appears on the original card in 5–10 days, depending on your card issuer — that last stretch is the bank's timing, not ours.

If no campaign launches by June 30, 2027, everyone is refunded automatically. No action is required from you.

Once you pledge on Kickstarter, your $1 is refunded within 7 days. See clause 5 of the reservation terms for why it comes back to you rather than coming off your pledge.

No other amount will ever be charged. The reservation is a one-time $1 payment — not a subscription, not a pre-authorisation, and not a deposit against a later invoice.
