This website presents Olin, an essential-oils diffuser with circadian light that is currently in development. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer for sale. No orders are taken here and no payments are processed here. If you join the wait-list, you are subscribing to a launch notification — not placing an order, reserving a unit, or entering any purchase commitment.

When the crowdfunding campaign opens, pledges will be governed by the campaign platform's own terms, not these.

Product visuals on this site are renders of the current design. Because Olin is still in development, specifications, materials, features, pricing, and timelines may change before delivery. We present everything in good faith and update the site as the product evolves.

Olin is a wellness and lifestyle product, not a medical device. The disclaimer is part of these terms — please read it, especially the essential-oil safety notes.

Everything on this site — the Olin name and wordmark, product design, renders, photography, and copy — belongs to us (or is licensed to us) and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may browse and share links; you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to breach its security, scraping it at scale, or using it in any unlawful way.

The site links to third-party services (for example the wait-list form, the crowdfunding platform, and published research). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Olin is run by its founders from Berlin, Germany, and is not yet incorporated as a company, so these terms are governed by German law. If we incorporate elsewhere, we will update this section. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
